Refund policy

 

Our Returns policy lasts 14 days and allows you to refund or exchange your order. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless a product is faulty. You will be liable to pay all shipping costs for returning the goods back to us. You must state on the returned package that it is a "Return of Merchandise", or you will be liable for all associated import duties and taxes. If you are exchanging a pair of shoes for a different size, colour or style, we will send the new shipment back to you with pre-paid customs duties (excluding the USA).

No exchanges allowed for USA orders.

Full-priced items are eligible for exchanges or refunds.

Sale items are only eligible for exchanges or store credit, no refunds. Exchanges are subject to size availability.

During a sale period, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please make sure the correct style and size is selected prior to checkout.
