All pre-order item dates are an estimated date of when stock should arrive at the warehouse and are subject to changes due to unpredicted delays with the shipments. All pre-order orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of the stock arriving. 

Once your order has been received, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order before despatch however please promptly email our customer service team at info@nokwol.support to request a cancellation or amendment to your order. 

To return your order, simply click "Return an Order" and follow the prompts. Before doing so, please see our return policy. This is the "Making a Return" button at the bottom of any page.

Full-priced items are eligible for exchanges or refunds.

Sale items are only eligible for exchanges or store credit, no refunds. Exchanges are subject to size availability.

During a sale period, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please make sure the correct style and size is selected prior to checkout. 

In the rare occasion that your order has sold out after you have purchased it, Nokwol will notify you and allow you to exchange to a different style at the same price or process a refund. 

Delivery takes between 3-5 working days from the time of despatch, with a 1-2 day processing time in our warehouse. All packages will be delivered with no signature required. During a sale period, please allow additional processing time for your order to be despatched.

In addition, please be aware that there could be delivery delays from the shipping carriers during the holiday period due to the a high volume of parcels, which Naked Wolfe has no control over. 

Orders with a value of £50 or above delivered to the United Kingdom are free of charge. UK orders with express shipping, or a value of less than £50, are charged at a flat rate of £5. Shipping rates for orders outside of the UK will be calculated at checkout.

International orders (orders outside of the United Kingdom) may be subject to additional duties and taxes. These fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We unfortunately cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time.

We apologise that we are currently unable to ship to Russia and Ukraine at this time.

All Nokwol products are shipped from our fulfilment facility in the Netherlands or the United Kingdom. We also have a warehouse in Australia that handles Australia orders only.

United Kingdom

You will not need to pay additional taxes/duties for deliveries to the UK. We fulfill all UK orders from our UK warehouse to avoid these additional charges.

Rest of World

All orders outside of the UK may be liable for additional duties and taxes that will be due at the point of or after delivery.
